The game won't load

There's no sound
Most browsers mute media until you interact with the page, so click or tap once inside the game. You can also toggle sound and music from the in-game menu, and check your device isn't on silent.
It looks cramped on my phone
Turn your phone sideways for the widest view — the reels are built to scale to landscape. Closing other heavy tabs can also help it run smoothly.
My virtual points ran out
No drama, and no cost. Simply refresh the page to start again with a fresh balance. Points are only there to keep you spinning for fun.
How do I reset my preferences?
