The fine print
Cookies & storage
Last updated: June 2026
Storms of Olympus keeps things simple. We use a small amount of storage in your own browser to make the game work — nothing more. This page explains it in plain English.
What we store, and why
- Age confirmation— remembers that you've confirmed you're 18 or over, so you're not asked every single visit.
- Your storage choice— remembers whether you chose “Accept all” or “Essential only” on our notice.
- Game preferences — remembers in-game settings such as sound, music and display so the game feels right each time.
These are essential to the experience and are stored locally on your device. They are not a personal profile and are not shared with anyone.
What we don't do
We don't use advertising cookies, and we don't run third-party analytics trackers. We don't track you across other websites. The “Accept all” option simply confirms you're happy with the essential storage above — there are no hidden marketing trackers behind it. If that ever changes, we'll update this page and ask for your choice first.
How to clear it
You're always in control. To remove everything this site has stored on your device:
- open your browser's settings or privacy menu;
- find the option to clear browsing data or site data;
- clear data for stormsoflympus.com (or all sites, if you prefer).
Once cleared, the age gate and storage notice will greet you again on your next visit, and your in-game preferences will reset to their defaults.
